Job summary

Greater Anglia is hiring a Platform Supervisor at Tottenham Hale Station. You will lead the station team, ensure safety, and dispatch trains on time while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires shift work, including early starts and nights, with a 35-hour week.

Applicants must be able to travel to site and complete a 5-day Dispatch training course at Stratford Academy. Right to Work checks and a DBS may apply.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety regulations and report faults or hazards; complete dispatch course.
• Support operations during disruptions and lone-working periods.
