Job summary

SE Trains Limited is seeking a Station Manager based at St Pancras, with responsibilities spanning across Ebbsfleet and Stratford as required. You will lead Commercial staff daily to deliver a thriving sales environment, top-tier customer service, and safe, well-operated stations.

The role requires a proactive leader with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of adapting to peak periods and events, with occasional weekend duties.

Qualifications

• 18+ months' experience in a full Station Manager position.
• Strong people leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Commercial staff on a day-to-day basis at the station.
• Maintain a thriving sales environment with excellent customer service.
• Ensure safe stations, efficient train performance and accurate customer information.
• Maintain a visible Manager presence on platforms, concourse, gateline and booking hall during peak times.
