SE Trains Ltd is seeking a Station Manager to lead Commercial staff at our Highspeed Line base, primarily at St Pancras with shifts to Ebbsfleet and Stratford as required. You will drive a thriving sales environment, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure safe, reliable station operations that keep trains on time.
You will be visible on platforms and in booking halls during weekday peaks, coordinating with teams to provide accurate information, and supporting events and on-call cover.
We are seeking a Station Manager to join our team based on the Highspeed Line. You will predominantly be based at St Pancras Station, but will be expected to cross over as required at both Ebbsfleet and Stratford., As a Station Manager you will lead all Commercial staff on a day-to-day basis at the station. This will include providing a thriving sales environment, excellent customer service, safe Stations, an efficient train service performance and accurate and timely information for customers. You will ensure a visible Station Manager presence to staff and customers including, but not limited to, presence on the platforms, concourse, gateline or in the booking hall during the weekday morning and evening peaks. Working here The role is mainly Monday - Friday, but weekend work may be required for certain events and for on-call requirements.

Salary £44,752 rising to £46,541 per annum plus free travel
