Job summary

Cambridge Maintenance Services in Newcastle is seeking a Static Mechanical Engineer for Eldon Square. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on building services, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operation.

The role involves updating the CAFM system and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will work onsite, participate in a callout rota after probation, and may undertake overtime to satisfy client requirements.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering discipline.
• City & Guilds qualification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on Eldon Square mechanical/electrical/fabric plant.
• Update CAFM documentation to a high standard and provide job/quote updates.
