Qualifications

• Experience working in maintenance or facilities management environments.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and safe working practices.
• Comfortable using IT systems and mobile devices for reporting and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on plumbing, ventilation (AHUs, extract/intake), heating and cooling systems (FCUs, thermal wheels), and water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters).
• Identify and report defects, ensuring all documentation, inspection reports and remedial logs are completed accurately and on time.
• Respond to client queries and deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Work safely in line with Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work and safe systems of work, including tasks at height.
• Build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
