Job summary

Cambridge Maintenance Services, located in Greater London, is seeking a Static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to undertake scheduled maintenance and repairs. The role requires travelling between client sites and working on HVAC systems, mechanical building services equipment, and performing reactive repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience performing works with mechanical pipework services, valves, motors, pumps, and HVAC equipment.
• Ability to carry out repairs and servicing of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings.
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Travelling between client sites to maintain and repair mechanical building services equipment.
• Carrying out planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Diagnosing faults and completing service reports using a tablet.
