Job summary

Artic Building Services Ltd is seeking an AC Engineer to join our team at Kings College Hospital, London. You will perform maintenance and reactive tasks on client sites and liaise with clients about future works, while documenting activities in the PDA system.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM, with start date ASAP. The ideal candidate will hold F-GAS and NVQ qualifications and have broad HVAC/building services experience, with a flexible, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Up-to-date F-GAS and NVQ qualifications.
Experience within HVAC and Building Services environments.
Proven history in HVAC/building services roles.
Know-how of a wide range of A/C systems.
Ability to manage own time and paperwork and work in a team.
Able to build long-term client relationships.
Positive, flexible attitude on-site.

Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks on client sites.
Complete PDA tasks, including risk assessments.
Provide reports on additional works as required.
Liaise with client about completed work and future needs.
Keep contract managers updated with site information.
Inform admin about site or plant changes.
Collect parts from suppliers/head office as needed.
Submit weekly timesheets on Monday.

Skills Required

Possess relevant and Up To date associated F-GAS and NVQ Qualifications.
Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.
A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
Proven knowledge of a wide spectrum of A/C systems and plan.
Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork.
Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective.
Positive attitude “can do will do”. Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site.

Job Duties

Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
Provide Further works reports where required
Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable
Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday
