Job summary

Encode is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our on-site team at the Encode Hub in Shoreditch. You will own sponsorship sales from prospecting to closing, and sell Hub memberships to founders already using the space.

The role includes working with the BizOps team on larger partnerships and maintaining a clean CRM pipeline. You’ll operate in a small, experienced team, with a base salary of £35,000 plus uncapped commission and an OTE around £50,000.

Qualifications

• Proven BD or sales experience with a track record of meeting/overachieving targets.
• Ability to close own deals and manage end-to-end sponsorship sales.
• Familiar with CRM-based pipeline management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own sponsorship sales end to end from prospecting to closing and renewal.
• Sell Hub memberships to founders and teams using the space.
• Collaborate with BizOps on larger programme partnerships.
• Maintain an honest, up-to-date CRM pipeline and report to Head of BizOps.
