Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at the welcoming Starbucks Store. As a Team Leader, you will manage the store in the absence of the Manager and act as the right-hand person to our Store Managers.

You will be second in command, playing a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include leading and engaging the team, making beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving customers.

Additional Details

This role may require late-night work and store closing duties. The successful candidate must be 18 years or older.

Qualifications
