Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at the welcoming Starbucks Store! As a Team Leader, you will manage the store in the absence of the Manager, acting as the right-hand person to the Store Managers.

You will be second in command, ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, and increasing profitability, all while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include team engagement, beverage preparation, store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.

Additional Details

This role may require late-night shifts and store closing duties. The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old.
