Job summary

UKROEd Ltd is recruiting a compliance-focused auditor to assess NDORS providers and trainers against standards, license requirements and regulations.

You will gather evidence, interview stakeholders, prepare clear reports, and support annual reviews and license processes while maintaining accurate records. This is a remote or hybrid role with frequent national travel.

Qualifications

• The postholder will conduct audits, reviews and investigations to ensure providers and trainers comply with standards and license requirements.
• Will gather and analyse evidence, interview relevant individuals and produce clear reports identifying compliance risks and recommendations.
• Will support annual provider reviews, provisional license applications and license reviews.
• Attend monthly departmental meetings in Manchester and travel nationally for provider reviews and site inspections.

• Assist with policy development, training and internal/external audits.
• Represent UKROEd professionally when interacting with stakeholders.

Overview of the role

The postholder will conduct audits, reviews and investigations to ensure providers and trainers comply with UKROEd's professional standards, values, license requirements and relevant regulations relating to the NDORS Scheme. This will include gathering and analysing evidence, interviewing relevant individuals and producing clear reports that identify compliance risks, learning and recommended actions.

They will support annual provider reviews, provisional license applications and license reviews, working closely with internal teams, assessors, police forces, providers and other external stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining accurate compliance records, monitoring emerging issues, supporting policy and training development and assisting with internal and external audits.

The postholder must be confident working independently, managing multiple stakeholders and representing UKROEd professionally. The role requires attendance at monthly departmental meetings in Manchester and nationwide travel to undertake provider reviews and site inspections.
