This role is crucial in supporting trainer development and ensuring high standards in the delivery of NDORS courses. The ideal candidate will have a UKROEd Trainer Licence, a proven history as a driver trainer, and strong administrative skills. The position offers a mix of remote and travel responsibilities, with a focus on road safety initiatives and training compliance.

Qualifications

• UKROEd Trainer Licence and ADI Licence (held for a minimum of one year).
• Proven experience as a driver trainer or coach.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills to manage records, schedules, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support trainers, providing feedback to ensure compliance.
• Deliver NDORS courses as a licensed trainer.
• Maintain administrative compliance and accurate trainer records.
• Ensure safe course operations and support health & safety.
• Contribute to wider road safety initiatives.
