Alternative Heat Head Office in the UK is seeking a Stainless Steel Pipe Fabricator / Welder to join the Fabrication team. The role is permanent and full-time, based at our head office.

You will work on carbon steel and stainless steel pipe projects, reading shop drawings, fabricating to tight tolerances, and welding using MIG and TIG to high standards. Our team emphasises learning, continuous improvement, and delivering quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Turn shop drawings into precise pipe assemblies.
• Experience with carbon steel and/or stainless steel pipe preferred; training available.
• Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop.

What You'll be Doing

Who are we looking for?

Positive, can do, roll your sleeves up attitude - sure we want the skills too, but we can always help you develop those

Skilled Fabricators to turn shop drawings into precise, high-quality pipe assemblies. If you can fabricate it, we want to see it. Ideally you will be experienced in carbon steel and/or stainless steel pipe but if you aren’t we can train you

Attention to detail — you’ll read and interpret drawings, fabricate to exact specifications, and maintain top-quality standards in a right-first-time environment

Continual improvement – no-ones perfect but we really want to talk to those who are willing to continually learn and improve. We are looking for results-driven people who take ownership and thrive in fast-moving environments.
