Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd in Banbridge invites applications for Manufacturing Team Members / General Operatives. This permanent, full-time role sits in the Fabrication department at our Banbridge Feeder Sites and reports to the Site Supervisor.

A positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail are essential as you support off-site pipe systems and bespoke fabrication. You’ll engage in varied tasks across cutting, bevelling, forklift operation, and despatch, with a focus on safe work practices

• You could be operating cutting or bevelling machinery, driving a forklift, kitting product, protect, wrap, strap and despatch finished goods for example. It can be varied to ensure you gain skills and add value
• Spot problems early, fix them, and thrive with the team to hit deadlines.
• Work smart, take pride, and continue setting the standard for everyone around you.
• Keep the materials flowing – help get everything ready, organised, and in tip-top shape so the fabrication team can hit the ground running.
• Jump in with the Fabrication and Assembly team – lend a hand wherever it’s needed and help keep projects moving like clockwork.
