Alternative Heat Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking individuals with a positive, proactive mindset to join our Fabrication team, delivering high-quality workmanship.

You will work in a busy environment focused on continuous learning, precision and off-site manufacturing of bespoke mechanical pipe systems. You will contribute to getting things done while maintaining safety and standards.

Responsabilidades

• You’ll try, you’ll fail, you’ll learn in order to succeed sooner.
• Make use of all the tools, training and support we provide, to experiment and grow.
• You could be operating cutting or bevelling machinery, driving a forklift, kitting product, protect, wrap, strap and despatch finished goods.
• Spot problems early, fix them, and thrive with the team to hit deadlines.
• Work smart, take pride, and continue setting the standard for everyone around you.
• Keep the materials flowing – help get everything ready, organised, and in tip‑top shape so the fabrication team can hit the ground running.
• Jump in with the Fabrication and Assembly team – lend a hand wherever it’s needed and help keep projects moving like clockwork.
