Job summary

Dex is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to own impactful parts of the codebase with broad responsibilities across product features and internal tooling. You’ll balance building new service lines with creating guardrails and tooling to empower others, driving measurable impact.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, shipping end-to-end solutions and collaborating with a small team to solve hard engineering problems and improve user experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional engineering experience.
• Breadth over depth with end-to-end ownership of problems.
• Strong TS/React skills and comfort with distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch end-to-end features across service lines.
• Design core product improvements and collaborate with a small team of engineers.
• Develop internal tooling and guardrails to empower non-engineers to ship safely.
• Tackle complex challenges in long-running workflows and external integrations.
• Iterate rapidly using data to prove impact and inform future direction.
