Job summary

Dex is facilitating a role with a partner company focused on AI-powered frontline support platforms. The team shapes both infrastructure and frontend systems, collaborates with product, design, commercial and analytics to define and build new features.

You will drive internal tooling, integrate latest generative AI tooling, and help evolve a core product used by thousands daily. London-based and in-person collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Breadth across infrastructure, backend and frontend technologies.
• Strong understanding of scalable architectures and data structures.
• Customer-outcome focus with data-informed decisions.
• Experience working with PMs, UX designers, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of the technology stack across infrastructure and frontend systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, commercial and analytics teams to define and build features.
• Develop internal tools to improve team efficiency and reach more users.
• Integrate generative AI tooling and LLMs to empower frontline workers and improve performance.
• Drive evolution of core products or define roadmaps for new offerings.
