Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Staff Nurse (Band 5) in Morpeth. The post involves delivering high-quality nursing care within a secure care setting, with shift patterns and a 37.5-hour week.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, manage care plans, monitor patient health and promote safety and recovery for service users with complex needs.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with current registration.
• Post-registration experience in clinical nursing roles.
• Degree-level nursing qualification required or equivalent.
• Useful ENB/Peg assessments or therapy training is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Build therapeutic relationships and support recovery.
• Administer medications safely per policy.
• Contribute to risk assessments and care plans.
