Job summary

NHS Jobs in Southampton is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide a high standard of individualized nursing care in the ward, using assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for each patient. You will also play a key role in training learners and other nursing staff within the ward environment.

The post involves 50% day shifts and 50% night shifts. A practice supervisor/assessor qualification or experience is desirable, and adult nurses with critical care experience will be

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of individualised nursing care in accordance with agreed policies, through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for individual patients. To train learners and other nursing staff in the ward environment. in this role you will need to;

• Cover 50% days 50% nights.
• Have a practice supervisor and or assessor qualification/experience would be desirable.
• We would consider adult nurses with critical care experience.
