Job summary

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust's Harbour female PICU ward is seeking a highly motivated, suitably qualified and experienced senior staff nurse to provide clinical leadership, motivate staff and deliver the highest standards of patient care.

You will rotate across specialty areas, work on a 24/7 shift pattern and develop services in line with local and national strategies, supported by a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, health and wellbeing staff and pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge and experience within adult mental health.
• Must be able to provide clinical leadership and motivate staff while maintaining high professional standards.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and commitment to ongoing professional education.
