A healthcare organization based in Thundersley is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse to join their Little Havens In-Patient unit. The role involves assessing and managing the care needs of patients, ensuring high standards of nursing care, and supporting families during critical times. This position requires completion of the first 12 months of nursing preceptorship. This role is responsible for assessing and managing the needs of patients, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care, following clearly defined policies, protocols, procedures, or codes of conduct.
We have an opportunity for a Staff Nurse to join our Little Havens In-Patient unit, nestled within the beautiful Daws Heath countryside.
This role is for 37.50 hours per week, and will consists of a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Applicants need to have qualified in Children's Nursing and completed their first 12 months nursing preceptorship.
