Job summary

Wirral Community Health & Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a registered nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in community care. You will be registered with current professional status and committed to delivering high-quality care within our ward teams.

The role includes seven-day working with internal rotations to nights and options for part-time hours. You will work with the Community Intermediate Care Centre (CICC) to assess, plan and evaluate nursing care for patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• A registered nurse with current professional registration.
• Committed to delivering a high standard of care and supporting change management.
• Excellent communicator who will innovate, inspire and promote patient safety whilst supporting the ward team.
• Advocate for our patients, able to identify changes in need and plan current and future care.

Responsibilities

• This post involves 7 day working and internal rotation to nights with part time opportunities available.
• Member of the Community Intermediate Care Centre (CICC) skilled in assessing, planning and evaluating nursing care.
