Job summary

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting District Nurses to join our District Nursing Teams across Liverpool Place. This fixed-term 12-month role offers the opportunity to deliver compassionate, patient-centred care in patients' homes and community settings. Qualifications

Registered Practitioner with current NMC registration
Evidence of clinical experience in the relevant district nursing field
Assessor/teaching qualification or equivalent (desirable)
Clinical supervision experience (desirable)
Understanding of local and national quality initiatives (desirable)

Responsibilities

Work with the community health team to meet patients' needs and provide clinical leadership.
Provide competent nursing care and advice to patients in their homes and community settings.
Ensure patients and carers are central to care and treatment planning.
Support district nursing services and flexible working arrangements as needed.
