Medicopartners is seeking a Registered Nurse for a care home in Wirral. This full-time night-shift role offers 36–48 hours per week, with a pay rate of £22.00 per hour.

The successful candidate will lead care staff, maintain current clinical skills, and ensure residents' wishes guide care delivery while adhering to privacy, dignity and informed consent. You will develop care plans with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team and manage medicines in line with regulations.

• To positively support the Deputy Manager in providing leadership to the care staff.
• To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time to time be required to maintain that currency of practice.
• Ensure residents are at the heart of the care delivery and that their wishes and preferences enhance their well‑being.
• Undertake the Care Planning activities for residents to meet changing physical, psychological, and social needs, taking into consideration privacy, dignity, personal choice, and informed consent.
• Ensure Care Plans are developed in collaboration with the residents, their family, and friends (where appropriate), and members of the multi-disciplinary team.
• Undertake all aspects of medicine management in line with legal, professional, and regulatory requirements.
• Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support.
• Develop effective working relationships with all employees.
• Work within the NMC Code of Conduct.

Full Time Role

Approx 36-48 hour Per Week

Salary: £22.00 Per hour

Shift Type: Night shift 8PM-8AM
