Qualifications

8+ years in software engineering with crypto experience.
Deep knowledge of EVM chains and wallet infrastructure.
Experience with stablecoin issuance and on/off-chain reconciliation.
Strong backend design for high-throughput financial systems.
Security‑minded with threat modeling and double‑entry mindset.
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

Design and build core DLUSD services for minting, redemption, wallet orchestration, and on‑chain settlement.
Own integrations with Bridge, Privy, Tempo and Morpho rewards infrastructure.
Set technical direction for the stablecoin platform across markets, chains, and products.
Build monitoring and reconciliation systems to keep funds safe and balances precise.
Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Legal to ship regulatory features.
Mentor teammates and lead through design reviews and pair programming.
Lead incident response for owned systems and drive resilience.
