Job summary

Deel is seeking a design leader to shape the future of its platform. You will build and run a design organization spanning Developer Experience, Partners and App Ecosystem, and AI-powered customer surfaces.

You’ll sit with Product and Engineering leadership to define connectivity strategy, own design standards, and invest design capacity as Deel’s platform expands. This role is central to turning Deel's platform into a cohesive operating system for developers and enterprises.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design with senior leadership experience.
• Experience at scale-ups or developer platforms.
• Strong craft across B2B and enterprise surfaces.
• Experience designing for API-driven or AI-powered product experiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional design teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and run Deel's design organization across Developer Experience, Partners and App Ecosystem, Internal Tooling and AI surfaces.
• Set org-wide craft standards and operating rhythms; own headcount and design capacity.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to shape connectivity strategy and API-to-user experiences.
• Own the design perspective from API integration to end-user surfaces and platform ecosystem.
• Drive alignment and raise the quality bar across multiple teams and roadmaps.
