Job summary

Bettys & Taylors Group are looking for a Staff Café Assistant to join us at our on-site Café, providing high-quality meals and service to employees, visitors and contractors. The role involves food preparation, service, deliveries, and upholding hygiene and food safety.

It is a full-time position (40 hours) with a two-week rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday with varied start times. Training will be provided and opportunities for development are available within the Bettys & Taylors Group.

Bettys & Taylors Group are looking for a Staff Café Assistantto join us at our busy on-site Café where we provide high-quality meals and café service to our employees, visitors, and contractors.

As a Staff Café Assistant you will work as part of a team to carry out a variety of day-to-day tasks required in the Staff Café to deliver to a high volume of employees throughout the day. All training will be provided.

• You will ideally have experience of working in a busy kitchen.
• A good understanding of food preparation and cooking procedures.
• You will be a good team player, hardworking with a care for doing a good job.

Working pattern

This is a full-time role working40 hours, Monday to Friday. There is a two-week rotating shift pattern as follows.

• Week one: Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 14.30pm
• Week two: Monday – Thursday, 12:00pm - 20:00pm and 11:30am – 19:30pm on a Friday
