BaxterStorey is seeking a General Assistant to join a two-role, job-share arrangement supporting Tea Service and Breakfast Service. You will work afternoons and early mornings on a rotating schedule, delivering hospitality with a friendly, professional approach in a busy factory environment.

Full training will be provided, and we encourage collaboration, development opportunities, and commitment to great service as part of our inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Some catering experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
• Job share rota with Tea Service 2pm–7pm and Breakfast Service 6am–11am.
• Teamwork and customer-focused service in a busy factory environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare hot meals for a 2-hour tea service in a busy factory environment.

Hours: 2pm to 7pm Monday to Friday

Job Description

This is an opportunity for a Job share Rota. Week 1 is covering a Tea Service 2pm to 7pm. Preparing a hot meal for a 2hr service for a busy factory environment. Week 2 is covering our Breakfast Service 6am to 11am. Preparing a full Range of Breakfast Items and some food to order.

Some catering experience would be an advantage but not essential as all training will be given on both jobs.
