Sodexo Live! is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at Ewood Park, Blackburn. You will shape matchday and non-matchday experiences, directing hospitality, retail and events teams to deliver exceptional guest service.

The role requires proven leadership in large venues, a strong commercial mindset and the ability to drive profitability while ensuring safety and compliance. A dynamic, customer-focused leader will thrive in this iconic stadium.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience within stadium, arena or large-scale venues.
• Strong commercial mindset with P&L experience.
• Excellent client relationship management and influence at senior level.
• Track record in hospitality, retail and events operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for all Ewood Park Sodexo Live! operations.
• Act as senior point of contact for the venue partner.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
• Drive commercial performance, manage profitability and growth initiatives.
• Oversee premium hospitality, retail, conferences and events.
• Champion safety, compliance and health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement the venue business plan in line with objectives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and enhanced fan experiences.
