Thomas Franks Ltd is recruiting a Stadium Chef in High Wycombe to lead fast-paced match-day and events catering. You’ll craft seasonal menus, work with fresh ingredients, and uphold our brand standards while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen at CDP or Junior sous chef level.
• Experience working in stadium environments, high end events catering or events venues.
• Willing to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and bespoke menus.
• Creative and able to showcase a wide skillset.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and allergen control.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of chefs providing catering for match day attendees and events.
• Prepare food from fresh ingredients, from scratch, following brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene policies and allergen controls.
• Control wastage and maintain food cost efficiency.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: 40000-45000

Hours: 40 per week

A professional association football club based in the town of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and the team competes in League One. Catering for about 10,000 people on match days. Lots of F&B Outlets and about 20 Private Boxes. This location operates 7 days a week.

We are looking for a talented Stadium Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in High Wycombe.

You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or Junior sous chef level. You will have experience working in stadium environments, high end events catering or events venues.

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key Responsibilities

• To work well in a team of chefs providing catering services to match day attendees and events.
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.

Knowledge / Competencies

• Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
