Thomas Franks is seeking a Stadium Chef for our High Wycombe venue. Join a fast-paced team delivering fresh, seasonal menus to match-day attendees and events, cooking from scratch to the company’s brand standards.

You will bring CDP or junior sous chef level experience, stadium or large-event catering know-how, and a collaborative mindset. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and progression within a leading independent contract caterer.

Qualifications

• Experience at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• Experience in stadium environments or large-event catering.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with fresh seasonal ingredients.
• Strong team player with attention to food cost and wastage.
• Good level of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of chefs delivering catering for match day fans and events.
• Prepare food from scratch using fresh ingredients and follow brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety policies and allergen controls.
