Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a Casual Stadium Chef in High Wycombe to join our team for match days and events. You will bring a passion for great food, create bespoke menus, and work in a fast-paced stadium environment delivering high-quality catering.

You should have experience in stadium settings or high-end events catering, be creative, organized, and capable of working as part of an energetic team to serve up fresh, seasonal dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• Experience working in stadium environments or high-end events catering.
• Experience using fresh seasonal ingredients and bespoke menus.
• Ability to showcase culinary skills and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Work well in a team of chefs providing catering services to match day attendees and events.
• Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following brand standards.
• Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Adhere to Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures.

Salary: £18-20 per hour

Hours: per week

A professional association football club based in the town of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and the team competes in League One. Catering for about 10,000 people on match days. Lots of F&B Outlets and about 20 Private Boxes. This location operates 7 days a week.

We are looking for a talented Casual Stadium Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in High Wycombe.

You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or Junior sous chef level. You will have experience working in stadium environments, high end events catering or events venues.

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key Responsibilities

• To work well in a team of chefs providing catering services to match day attendees and events.


• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards


• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.


• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.

Knowledge / Competencies

• Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
