World-renowned AI-powered video experience platform, is searching for a Sr Solutions Consultant to join their team in London (hybrid). With significant demand for their product, the business enables companies to create high-quality video experiences to better connect and bring ideas to life. Encompassing video creation, streaming, distribution, security, data and AI, their advanced technology cements their position as a global market leader.

In this role, you will be a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, working closely to understand complex video needs and architect innovative solutions. This is a multifaceted role where you will work on requirements gathering; designing tailored solutions; preparing and delivering compelling, value-based demos; discovery sessions; RFPs and product evaluations, whilst contributing to the product development, and much more.

We are looking for a curious, natural storyteller, a technology enthusiast with a background as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Architect in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of success in supporting enterprise level sales.

Responsibilities

  • Work with enterprise companies across diverse industries in the UK, conducting in-depth evaluations of their requirements and designing tailored solutions to address their video hosting, monetisation, live streaming, and communication needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling, value-based demonstrations of the platform, highlighting outstanding and industry-leading features with expertise and confidence, positioning this technology platform as the ideal solution.
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to deeply understand customer requirements, design and validate proposed solution workflows, and meticulously document these both for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with prospective clients to plan and execute RFPs, product evaluations, and security questionnaires, providing expert guidance and technical support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to the product development roadmap by actively collecting and providing valuable customer feedback, insights, and market trends to the Product and Engineering teams, influencing the future direction of products and solutions.
  • Grow technically and professionally in a collaborative and inclusive environment, with ample opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues, share your knowledge, and expand your expertise in cutting-edge video technologies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Architect in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of success in supporting enterprise sales.
  • Deep enterprise technology knowledge and expertise, including a strong understanding of technical and security challenges, and experience with integrations into SSO and complex network environments.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, patiently, and optimally with both technical and non-technical teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess a strong customer focus, demonstrating a genuine passion for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid understanding of live and on-demand video workflows, technologies, and best practices, with a passion for staying at the forefront of industry innovation.
