About The Role

We are seeking an outstanding Solution Consultant for our Contract Management Lifecycle tool, Evisort, covering the EMEA region. This role involves demonstrating the product and extending its value for our EMEA customer base. The Solution Consultant will leverage their expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management and solution consulting to showcase Workday's Evisort platform, acting as a trusted advisor to the sales team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
  2. Assist in closing sales opportunities by addressing questions about our solutions, services, and training.
  3. Contribute to prospect qualification, demonstration criteria, proof of concept, and sales closure strategies.
  4. Support sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
  5. Respond to RFIs/RFPs with sales support.
  6. Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  7. Continuously upgrade your skills through Workday's learning opportunities.
About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles.
  • Experience with AI-powered enterprise software, preferably in legal or contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into effective solutions.
  • Fluency in professional English.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience engaging with multiple senior stakeholders in complex sales environments.
  • Background in Management Consulting or Project Management linking technology to business outcomes.
  • Understanding of Large Language Models and their business applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with legal departments or legal tech.
