A Senior Solution Consultant will become an expert in OneStream technology and use this expertise daily to present the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to partners, prospects, customers, and internally to support our sales force. As a member of our Presales team, the Senior Solution Consultant will participate in designing, validating, and presenting OneStream solutions based on customer needs, which vary in complexity.

A particular focus in this role will be competing with SAP, demonstrating the advantages of OneStream and its integration capabilities with the SAP universe.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Shorten the sales cycle by delivering flawless standard and custom product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives in the Office of Finance.
• Provide presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
• Act as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales Representatives.
• Transform business requirements and challenges into Proof of Concept presentations.
• Develop and deliver high-quality OneStream presentations and demonstrations.
• Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, future direction, and overall OneStream solutions.
• Maintain and improve demo assets to ensure top-notch sales presentations.
• Design, validate, and present Database & OneStream Cloud solutions, including advanced product concepts and future directions.
• Develop and manage references through high-quality technical and professional client relationships.

Required Education and Experience

• A deep understanding of SAP system architecture.
• Technical experience with OneStream or similar CPM tools.
• 6+ years of experience in Database Management, including building, developing, and deploying applications.
• Ability to perform rapid assessments of customer landscapes and target use cases for Cloud technology, providing guidance in evaluating OneStream’s Cloud solutions.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as consultant, technical solutions engineer, or solutions architect.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and identify suitable solutions for customer needs.
• Experience with business analysis and financial modeling.
• Three to five+ years of CPM industry experience.
• Background in Finance/Accounting.
• College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience.
