Job summary

GoodWe is seeking a senior enterprise sales professional to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key utility PV and energy storage clients, primarily in Germany, and to lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.

Collaborate with Solution Representatives (SR) and Field Representatives (FR), coordinate with HQ and local technical teams, and ensure timely payments and healthy cash flow.

1. 1.Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key clients, including utilities, industrial plant owners, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies in Germany.
2. 2.Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, track market trends, and analyze competitors' activities in the utility PV and energy storage sectors.
3. 3.Lead the entire utility sales cycle, from initial client contact and opportunity mining to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
4. 4.Collaborate closely with cross - functional teams, such as Solution Representatives (SR) and Field Representatives (FR), to provide comprehensive solutions that meet clients' needs and ensure smooth project implementation.
5. 5.Ensure timely collection of payments from clients, manage accounts receivable, and maintain healthy cash flow for the business.
