GRC Solutions is a cybersecurity and privacy consultancy dedicated to delivering governance, risk, and compliance solutions to safeguard digital environments and ensure data privacy compliance.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by managing key accounts and acquiring new clients. This role requires a proactive individual skilled in consultative selling, client relationship management, and new business development. You will identify new customers, manage key accounts, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business, including outbound prospecting and engaging prospective customers;
  • Articulate the value proposition of GRC Solutions and demonstrate how it improves governance, risk, and compliance;
  • Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts;
  • Build trust and relationships with senior executives by demonstrating knowledge and professionalism;
  • Identify and develop opportunities within targeted markets;
  • Collaborate with customers to identify cybersecurity and data privacy solutions;
  • Handle bids, pitches, tenders, and prepare proposals for senior stakeholders;
  • Manage sales pipeline, budgeting, and forecasting;
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently;
  • Maintain knowledge of the GRC market and competitors;
  • Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge;
  • Provide feedback to support sales strategies.

Person Specification

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in bringing in new business and consultative selling;
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs;
  • Experience in senior sales or key account management roles;
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting skills;
  • Contract management and negotiation skills;
  • Commercial acumen and experience pitching to C-Suite;
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce);
  • Experience with tenders and excellent MS Office skills;
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy markets;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Basic contract law knowledge;
