Falcon Smart IT is seeking a Sr. HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking for a London-based hybrid contract role. You will lead Workday configuration, drive best practices, and support client success across deployments and post-production activities.

You will liaise with clients, mentor colleagues, and deliver high-quality Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and security. 8+ years in Workday HCM required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday HCM experience
• Strong experience with Core HCM, Absence and Time Tracking modules
• Proven ability to lead configuration and deliver high-quality results

Responsabilités

• Provide post-production support and enhancement services in Workday HCM
• Document requirements, map processes and implement best-practice configurations
• Manage client relationships and resolve support requests
• Lead sessions with clients to scope complex business requirements
• Prioritize requests and delegate tasks by urgency and complexity
• Provide guidance and mentor other consultants
