About the role

Senior Executive Assistant – Global Heads (CRE & Alternatives)

Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary management using Microsoft Outlook, arranging meetings, maintaining calendars, and anticipating the needs of the global heads and strategy team.
  • Liaising with Global Teams and assisting with management queries and fielding requests to the relevant departments.
  • Execution of both domestic and international travel arrangements on a regular basis.
  • Line management of the Administrative Assistant.
  • Oversee the administrative support to the CRE and Structured Alternatives Teams, including travel & expenses facilities, room bookings, external guests and provide cover when required.
  • Investment process support: quarterly reporting, dataroom management, shared mailbox management.
  • Finance: managing market data subscriptions and agreements with vendor management, reviewing and processing desk costs and invoices, billing and general queries.
  • Manage departmental projects while solving complex problems across multiple teams.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior level management and ability to work with management at all levels across departments.
  • Prior experience managing complex calendars and coordinating travel arrangements internationally and domestically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Concur, Workday, and Salesforce preferred.
  • Highly detailed orientation with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while managing shifting deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Capability to carry out tasks with a high level of ownership, accountability, judgment and follow‑through.
