Solicitor - Real Estate Disputes - Bristol - 3+ Years PQE

Location: Bristol

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)

Salary: £75,000 to £95,000

A leading UK law firm is seeking an Associate-level Solicitor with 3+ years' post-qualification experience to join its Tier 1 ranked Real Estate Disputes team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters for national and international clients within a collaborative and progressive environment.

The Role
  • Risk and asset management at pre-action stage
  • Commercial and complex residential property disputes
  • Mediations, arbitrations, and contested litigation
  • Working with commercial property institutions, banks, investment companies, and high net worth individuals
  • Collaborating with colleagues across dispute resolution and non-contentious real estate teams
  • Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
  • 3+ years PQE in high-quality commercial litigation (High Court or arbitration bodies)
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing a complex and varied workload
  • Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
  • SRA registration
