Via MATCH Limited in Glasgow is recruiting ambitious Sales Executives to join its growing commercial team. You will learn to generate new business through outbound calling, LinkedIn and market research, speak with decision-makers, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

No prior sports or hospitality experience is required; you will receive industry-leading training, ongoing coaching, and real opportunities to progress into senior sales and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sport, Sports Management or related field.
• Experience in sales, recruitment, customer service or other office-based role beneficial.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's Degree in Sport, Sports Business, Sports Management or a related subject
• Up to 3 years' experience in sales, recruitment, customer service or another office-based commercial role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence speaking on the phone
• A resilient, target-driven mindset
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
