Job summary

Singapore Recreation Club seeks a proactive Sports Executive to oversee diverse sports classes and sections, coordinate events for members and guests, and support facilities bookings and daily operations. You will liaise with external associations and manage administrative tasks across the sports department.

The role emphasizes safety, service quality, and collaboration with coaches and stakeholders to deliver engaging recreational programs at the club.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sports operations, gym operations, or sports management.
• Certifications in fitness training such as NASM, ACE, FIC/FISAF, NCSF, FEA or equivalent.
• Valid First Aid, CPR & AED certification.
• Good interpersonal skills to connect with members from diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to work rostered shift hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sports classes and sections, and assist the Manager.
• Liaise with associations and external parties to organise events.
• Assist with corporate teambuilding enquiries and administration.
• Manage facilities bookings and schedules for courts and fields.
• Record bills, budgeting, and sales operations support as needed.
• Prepare meeting materials and support sports operations daily.
• Coordinate events and ensure smooth operations with coaches and clients.
• Support membership enrolment and terminations for sports sections.
