Job summary

LSE Students' Union is seeking a proactive Sport Facilities Coordinator to oversee the daily operation of our sports facilities and ensure a safe, high‑quality user experience for students and external clients.

You will manage bookings, support major events, and develop student staff, collaborating with the Operations and Sport Facilities Manager to drive continuous improvements and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Strong customer service ethos and ability to lead a diverse team.
• Experience in facilities management or event coordination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of LSESU Sport, Fitness and Performance facilities.
• Manage internal and external bookings and support delivery of major events.
• Lead and develop student staff while ensuring health, safety and high service standards.
