Job summary

Build strong product knowledge of Team and League inventory, process transactions with the Fanatics POS, and ensure a seamless, brand‑reflective shopping experience for every guest.

Availability for extended hours on game days and events is required, in a fast‑paced team environment that values initiative and fan focus.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service.
• Availability to work extended hours on game days and during special events as required.
• Proven ability to build strong product knowledge of Team and League inventory and translate that knowledge into meaningful fan recommendations.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse fan base.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans warmly and ask thoughtful questions to understand their needs and enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Ensure fans have a seamless shopping experience that reflects the Fanatics brand and its partners.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Fanatics POS system.
• Perform housekeeping and general store maintenance to keep the sales floor and stockroom organized.
