Sponsorship Sales Manager

The Role:

A standout opportunity for a commercially driven Sponsorship Sales Manager to join one of the world’s most respected B2B events and digital media companies. Working within the company’s flagship division, dedicated to the Customer Management community, you’ll be part of a high-performing team that curates premium, insight-led forums for VP and Director-level executives across Europe.

As Sponsorship Sales Manager, you’ll be tasked with developing strategic relationships with some of the most influential vendors in the CX space. Your role will focus on understanding their go-to-market objectives and designing tailored sponsorship solutions across their prestigious in-person and digital offerings. This is a consultative, insight-led sales position with clear routes to progression, international exposure, and uncapped earning potential.

Sponsorship Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities:

  • Use strategic insight to identify high-potential prospects across the portfolio
  • Engage senior-level decision-makers, build tailored business cases for sponsorship, and close high-value deals
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners to maximise long-term value
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure compelling, commercially viable campaign delivery
  • Represent the brand at industry-leading events across Europe, with occasional international travel
  • Report campaign results and insights to sponsors to demonstrate clear ROI and encourage long-term investment

Requirements – To be considered for the Sponsorship Sales Manager role:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sponsorship or B2B media sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment
  • Commercially astute, with a sharp eye for emerging trends and opportunities
  • Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders and managing complex deal cycles
  • High levels of emotional intelligence, curiosity, and drive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ambition to progress rapidly in a high-performance culture

The Package for Sponsorship Sales Manager:

  • £45,000 – £50,000 basic salary plus £20,000+ OTE (uncapped)
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office)
  • 25 days holiday + 1 extra day per year of service
