Your Way Sales Consultant - Homebased / Field Sales

Location: London – Spital Fields

Compensation: Up to £40,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

KFF is a regional food wholesaler with around 250 colleagues near Maidstone, Kent. Part of Sysco, the world's largest foodservice provider with over 65,000 colleagues globally. KFF has a family feel, supplying local pub and restaurant customers and delivering directly to caterers.

We have ambitious growth plans and are launching a new offering called “Your Way” within our Independent Sales business. As a Your Way Consultant, you'll be responsible for winning and maximising business in your own neighbourhood of just a mile square. What you will be doing:

• Gain, grow, and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets
• Research your target audience and opportunities in your territory
• Build and leverage strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs
• Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts
• Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products
• Monitor competitor activity and proposals to ensure you offer the best local solutions

What we are looking for:

We seek someone capable of winning new business and maximising sales with existing customers. Ideally, you’ll have a background in Field Sales or New Business, be commercially savvy, proficient in Excel, and skilled in building relationships. A passion for sales is essential. Food industry experience is a plus but not required.
