Arena Racing Company at Uttoxeter Racecourse is seeking a proactive Business Manager to drive sponsorship, hospitality sales and proactive commercial activity. You will lead client relationships, coordinate delivery teams and local suppliers, and ensure seamless service for racing and events.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with event and account management experience, strong presentation skills, and a track record of negotiating commercial terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a business or commercial management role.
• Educated to A-level standard or equivalent; business qualification preferred.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive Sponsorship and Hospitality sales across the Racecourse.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities and negotiate packages and terms.
• Represent the racecourse professionally to clients and requests.
• Coordinate final booking details with delivery teams and clients.
• Act as account handler for existing client business and liaise with site assets.
• Work with finance to ensure accurate invoicing and payments.
• Oversee on-site racedays and ensure delivery readiness.
