Job summary

Arena Racing Company in Uttoxeter is seeking a proactive Business Coordinator on a fixed-term maternity-cover basis. The role focuses on coordinating on-site restaurant, hospitality and EVH activities, while liaising with sales hubs, clients and delivery teams to deliver high-quality service.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in business coordination, strong organisation, and experience managing high-value clients.

Qualifications

• A-level standard or equivalent.
• 2+ years in business/commercial coordination.
• Business/event qualification preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent the race course professionally to clients.
• Coordinate on-site restaurant, hospitality and EVH activities.
• Liaise with clients and delivery teams to finalize bookings.
• Act as account handler for existing client business on-site.
• Assist with invoicing and payments in liaison with finance.
• Coordinate pre-race-day setup with operations and delivery teams.
• Assist with sponsorship collateral provision and activation.
• Ensure marketing collateral is up to date and available.
