Job summary

Uttoxeter Racecourse is seeking a proactive Business Manager to drive sponsorship and hospitality sales across the site for racing and non-racing events. You will lead client relationships, coordinate delivery teams and local suppliers, and work with the regional sales hub and the Executive Director to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-level standard or equivalent; business qualification preferred.
• Previous effective sales experience is essential.
• At least 2 years working in a business or commercial management role.
• Experience coordinating sponsorship or hospitality sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sponsorship and Hospitality sales across the Racecourse.
• Identify Sponsorship opportunities and prepare packages with terms.
• Represent the racecourse in a professional manner to clients.
• Coordinate final booking details with the delivery team.
• Act as account handler for existing client business on-site.
• Liaise with finance to ensure invoicing and payments ahead of events.
