Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support sponsor-dedicated invoicing and contract management within a CRO/pharma/academia environment. You will prepare, verify, and process invoicing for an assigned portfolio and collaborate with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing.

The role requires a 5% travel expectation, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Commutable to London with 1 day in-office presence.

• Must have site-level contracts and Interactive costing tool experience.
• Prior experience in CRO/Pharma/Academia contract roles.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5%

As a Contract Analyst I at ICON, you will prepare, verifying, and carrying out invoicing via electronic processing and reporting activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts.

What You Will Do:

You will contribute to contract management activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing via electronic processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts.

• Balance and maintain client relationships.

• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.

• Keep abreast of contract progression concerning invoicing units.

• Interact closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies on assigned clients.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Prior experience working in a contract related role within a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Academia environment
